I have just received my order but it does not contain all my items, is this normal?
Yes, don't worry! We work with different warehouses, so you may receive your order in several parcels. The rest of the order will most likely arrive shortly.
15 days after my order I still haven't received anything, is this normal?
Yes, that’s perfectly normal. Our average delivery time is 7–14 business days (excluding weekends) after your order is shipped.
However, during seasonal promotions or sales — especially for our most popular models — delivery can sometimes take up to 30 days due to high demand.
