Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, we ship all over the world and delivery is FREE for orders over 49£.
How can I track my order?
We have a system that allows you to track your order and its shipping status by entering your order number and the email address you gave us when you placed your order on the "Track My Order" page.
I have not received the order confirmation email, what should I do?
We invite you to check your SPAMS first. If you still haven't received anything, please contact us by e-mail.
How can I pay on your website?
We accept all major credit cards, all payments are 100% secure and encrypted (SSL technology).
How long will it take to receive my order?
It takes an average of 7 to 15 working days after processing and shipping your order. This can be faster via DHL, FeDex (2-3 working days).
I have just received my order but it does not contain all my items, is this normal?
Yes, don't worry! We work with different warehouses, so you may receive your order in several parcels. The rest of the order will most likely arrive shortly.
15 days after my order I still haven't received anything, is this normal?
Yes, this is normal, our average delivery time is between 7 and 15 working days (i.e. excluding weekends) after your order has been dispatched. Our delivery times are closer to 8 working days, although it may take longer during busy periods.
